2 Month Check Up

Lily had her 2 month checkup this week. She weighed in at 13 pounds and 12 ounces, which puts her in the 95th Percentile. She is 23 inches long, which is in the 82nd Percentile. She was diagnosed with acid reflux and has been put on a medication called Prevacid that is really helping a lot. She used to be very grumpy after eating, but the medicine has taken away all of the pain so all is well! Here is a pic of her on the scale:

The Great Grandparents

Lily was able to meet her Great Grandparents this month. My mother's parents and my dad's mom were able to spend some time getting to know Lily! It was a very special time for me and I truly enjoyed sharing those moments with my girls. Here are some pictures of the occasion:

My First Bath

Lily loves the water. Here is a video clip of her first bath~

We lost the Umbilical Cord!

Today, Lily's Umbilical Cord fell off. Now we will be able to give her a real bath. She is eating like a champion and growing very quickly. Her color continues to change and she is already picking her head up by herself. It cracks me up how furry she is - she has black fuzzy hair on her shoulders, ears and lower back. It will fall off as she grows, but it is so funny to see! We will post a video later tonight of her first real bath. For now, here is a pick of me and Lily~
